One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold only one 789q account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name or using a different mobile number — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited.
Account Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 789q will never ask you for your password via any channel. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether or not you authorised it. Notify 789q support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.
Account Currency: All 789q accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no facility to hold balances in any other currency. All game stakes, wins, bonuses and withdrawals are denominated and processed in PKR.
Account Inactivity: An account is considered inactive after 180 consecutive days without any real-money login or gaming activity. 789q may apply a monthly administrative fee of Rs 500 to inactive accounts. Players will receive email notification 30 days before any inactivity fee is applied. To reactivate an account, simply log in and complete a real-money transaction.
Accepted Deposit Methods: 789q accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment channels: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawal Requests: Withdrawal requests are processed within 10 minutes for verified accounts using Easypaisa or JazzCash. Bank transfer withdrawals (IBFT) may take up to one business day. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. 789q may request additional verification before processing any withdrawal above Rs 50,000.
Withdrawal Restrictions: You may only withdraw to a payment account in your own name. The withdrawal method must match your primary deposit method unless you request a change through verified account support. 789q does not accept cash deposits or make cash payments.
Transaction Errors: If a deposit does not appear in your 789q balance within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number. Do not re-attempt the same transaction until the first one has been investigated, as duplicate transactions may result in double deductions from your bank or wallet.
789q offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms below as well as any specific terms published on the relevant promotion page. Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds — including the deposited amount matched by a bonus — are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x before they can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a Rs 1,000 bonus on a Rs 1,000 deposit, you must wager Rs 60,000 in total before any withdrawal is permitted from that balance. Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games and Ludo typically contribute 100%. Teen Patti and table games contribute 20%. Live dealer games contribute 10%. Crash games contribute 50%. The specific contribution rates for any game are published in the game lobby.
Maximum Bet with Active Bonus: When a bonus is active on your account, the maximum single bet allowed is Rs 500 per round or spin. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical error or malfunction during a game round — including server disconnection, display errors or software faults — 789q reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the bet amount to the player's account. The following activities are strictly prohibited on 789q and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
789q reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time if, in our reasonable judgement, there are grounds to believe a player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by email. 789q aims to complete investigations within 10 business days. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the account will be permanently closed and any outstanding balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.
Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily should contact support at support@789q.world. Any remaining PKR balance in a voluntarily closed account will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days, provided no active wagering requirements are outstanding.
All content on the 789q platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, promotional materials, software and website code — is the intellectual property of 789q or its licensed partners. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, adapted or used commercially without prior written permission from 789q.
